December Happenings

It’s December, y’all!

Say hello to December with this weekend’s festivities:

Friday, December 1st

Heritage Tree Lighting & Santa’s Workshop

Join us for the annual lighting of our 400-year-old historic Heritage Tree. More than 30,000 lights are used to decorate this tree — definitely a sight worth seeing! We will also have live music, free carriage rides, games and prizes, inflatables for the kiddos, and arts and craft projects. Did we mention Santa will be there? The fun starts at 6:30 p.m.!

Can’t make it this evening? Follow us on Instagram for an Instastory of the event. The tree will be lit up throughout December, so be sure to pick a weekend to make the trip to Cedar Park!

Saturday, December 2nd

Pints for Pups

If you love dogs as much as we do (check out our Bark Park blog), then head out to Red Horn Coffee House & Brewing Co. from noon to 4 p.m. for Pints for Pups. A $10 donation will get you an event glass and one pour. Proceeds will benefit Love-A-Bull Rescue, and leashed dogs are welcome at the event.

Sunday, December 3rd

Delysia Chocolatier Holiday Event

Calling all chocolate lovers! Delysia Chocolatier is hosting their annual holiday party, where you can build your own chocolate bark. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make an appearance and watch a classic holiday film!

’Tis the season for giving, Delysia encourages guests to bring an unwrapped gift for Dell Children’s Hospital.

With so much going on in Cedar Park, you should probably make a weekend of it. And when you are here, be sure to use #CedarParkFun to show us how you are celebrating and for a chance to be featured on our website and social media sites!
